Street Closures & Traffic Plan

Parking & Public Transportation


Underground parking is available at Pacific Renaissance Plaza (388 9th St, Oakland, CA 94607), with 24-hour security and a $2 flat parking fee from 4:00-10:00 PM. PLEASE ENTER STRICTLY AFTER 4:00 PM TO AVOID PAYING FULL PRICE. 


The Pacific Renaissance Plaza has two entrances: Webster Street & 10th Street and Franklin Street & 9th Street. The Webster Street entrance will close to new entries at 8:00 PM, though guests may continue to exit through this entrance. After 8:00 PM, please proceed to the Franklin Street & 9th Street entrance for entry. 


For public transportation, the closest BART stations are 12th Street/Oakland City Center, where guests can exit toward Broadway and walk south to 8th Street, and Lake Merritt, where guests can use the 8th Street exit and walk west approximately five blocks.
